About Noemi

Noemi's weight loss journeyNoemi is a mother of two, a toddler and a brand new baby.  Like Megan, she gained an excessive amount of weight during both pregnancies.  Unlike Megan, she just had her last son so her weight loss journey has just began!

Noemi is now starting her weight loss journey here and blogging all about it.  With her weekly weigh-ins, healthy recipes (because she loves to cook), product reviews and weight loss progress, she will transform right in front of your eyes (we hope!).

In her free time, Noemi enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful boys.  She has a degree in horticulture and loves growing plants and vegetables. She loves to cook her fresh grown vegetables into her healthy recipes.

I just came across this site on Google. It’s going to be a tough road, but if you truly commit to it, you’ll be able to reach your goal! Getting the mental situation right is about 90% of the battle, no matter what goal you work towards.

As you’re working towards loosing weight, take a look at some other successes you’ve had in your life. We all have something if we just look. Take a look at what helped you to reach that success. Then try to incorporate those lessons into helping you to loose weight. (BTW, once you’ve lost the weight, the same idea can be applied to other areas you’d like to get better at!)

Good luck, Noemi! You can do it!

It is all about being in a positive mind set. Food portion should be upper most in your mind when preparing food. I came from a large family and cooking small was a problem. Now going on 39 years of marriage and just cooking for two, I still have the problem of cutting down what I cook. But like you the time is now! Get out and walk with those babies while the weather is still nice, but do Megan’s stretching points first. This is wonderful. Noemi have a great journey to health and well being.

    Hi Noemi-
Congratulations on starting your journey to a healthier you. After my last child was born I trained for a half marathon, that was my way of getting rid of all the weight. It was tough but so much fun. I’m sure that you will have much success because you’ve got a lot of people here cheering you on.
