I have created a video on basic stretching exercises.  I thought it would be beneficial to have a demonstration of basic stretching exercises than just a picture of different exercises. So enjoy!

I’ve always heard stretching was important, but hadn’t really sought out some good stretches to do before exercising. I love that you did this in video. I’ve learned that with workouts, it helps to be able to see the moves they want you to do in action rather than in picture with a description so that you learn how to move into and out of the position correctly.
