Love handles, also referred to as muffin tops, is that bit of fat around your hip area. You know, that stubborn fat that seems to stay even when all the rest has gone away? So, how do you get rid of love handles? There are several things you can do.
First of all, you need eat healthy. A good diet plan needs to be in place to get rid of love handles. I recommend the It Works Body Wraps to firm, tone and tighten.
A cardio workout plan is also needed to lose those love handles. Great cardio exercises are walking, running, dancing, Zumba, aerobics, step aerobics, and more.
I really like using the elliptical and it’s a great workout that targets the love handle area.
These target your ab area and the love handle area. Lay flat on your back with your hands behind your butt and your head slightly raised. Raise your legs a few inches off the ground and raise one leg at a time to about 18 inches off the ground, alternating legs.
Lie on your back with your hands cupped to your ears, elbows bent in front of you. Raise your legs to a 45 degree angle with the floor. Bend one leg and reach your opposite arm to that leg. Repeat with the other leg while straightening the opposite leg back to a 45 degree angle.
Lie face down with your elbows bent and at shoulder width apart. Hold your body up on your toes for as long as you can to engage your abs and your love handles. Lower and repeat.
Do everything included here and you will get rid of your love handles. It takes hard work but in the end, it’s worth it!
