Megan’s confession Friday

I’m going to join Noemi, my fellow blogger, and have confession Friday where I confess something I didn’t do so well during the week.

I usually exercise everyday except Sunday.  Well, this week, I skipped three days. Yep, THREE WHOLE DAYS.  I know, I know….I’m a bad girl.  But, as an excuse (don’t give excuses, again, I know), I’m planning a Bridal shower that takes place tomorrow.  Being the matron of honor is an honor but it can also be stressful!

I really feel the difference between days I exercise in the morning, and days I don’t at all. I’m in a better mood when I exercise and I just feel better doing the day. On days I skip, I’m a little crabby and just sluggish.  I can’t skip anymore days next week!

That’s so true -I notice when I don’t walk at lunch too.

I know I’ve skipped more often than I intend to. The important thing is that you are usually consistent and this is more of an aberration, right? Just get back to exercising next week, and you’ll be just fine! It only becomes a problem when not working out become habit.
