I was asked today if I take a multivitamin everyday and if so, what do I recommend? The answer is yes, I do take one everyday.

There are many reason why I take a multivitamin in addition to my diet and exercise plan.

1. I have a Vitamin D deficiency. My doctor prescribed my Vitamin D pills but I get the same dose in my multivitamin for a lower cost.
2. It helps give me energy for the day. I take my multivitamin in the morning to boost my energy and to get it over with (I hate swallowing pills!).
3. It also provides nutrients that I’m missing as part of my weight loss plan.

I personally like One-A-Day Weight Smart Advanced. I like it because of all of the above plus it promotes heart health.

I just started taking a multivitamin myself. It makes a huge difference in the amount of energy I have. I take One a Day for active women. Also, thank you for visiting my blog. I'm following yours too.

I wish I could take One a Day vitamins, but they make me feel nauseated. :(
