I started my Aspartame Cleansing two weeks ago and so far, I feel pretty good. I have decided to do a complete aspartame detox to rid my body completely. During Part 2, I started some nutrients to repair the cellular growth. I also created my own aspartame detox and wanted to share it with you all. 1. Follow the instructions in the Aspartame Cleansing series and stop all aspartame consumption. Check the labels of everything in your home including sodas, cereals, medicines like flavored cough syrup, yogurt, and just about anything claiming to be low calorie. 2. Drink only purified water to flush your system. No sodas, juice or coffee. Just water! It usually takes about 2 months to detox from aspartame so drink at least 8 glasses of water a day for 2 months. 3. You need to start a cellular repair regimen. I suggest you take these vitamins for your aspartame detox. Super Milk Thistle? 120 UltraCaps – Milk Thistle – This is a digestive aid and helps get rid of toxins in the liver and gallbladder. Take 1 175 mg tablet with water, 3 times a day. L-Taurine 500 mg 100 Caps – Taurine – Taurine is a potent antioxidant that helps with cellular repair and is very important to the immune system and rebuilding it. Take 1 500 mg tablet twice a day, in between meals. Boswellin Extract 250 mg with Curcumin 120 Caps – Boswellin Extract with Curcumin – The powerful combination of Curcumin and Boswellia promotes Joint Health and provides comprehensive immune support. Take 1 250 mg capsule, twice daily. These are great supplements to detoxify your system of aspartame. Take these supplements together for 2 months. Remember, according to my Disclaimer, my advice is not a doctor’s advice so I suggest you see your doctor before starting any detox program. 4. After starting your detox program, within a month, start to ween yourself off of caffeine and products that have preservatives in them. This is to help your cellular repair even more as these chemicals damage cells. I’m having problems doing this. I love my caffeine and it’s so hard to find products without preservatives. But I’m trying. Take it one day at a time.
