This little baby seems to have it all! Some of the main features of the Blacktop 360 include an infrared grill which heats to over 650 degrees F and integrated warming plate for those who like to eat their steaks warm.

Here is a quick Marinade Recipe for your steaks that I used just last night…
Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- Garlic – as much or as little as you like – crushed
- Splash of red wine
- 2 tblspns mustard seeds
Method:
Trim fat from steaks if needed. Combine all ingredients and cover the steaks. Leave and let the the marinade do its job for as long as possible, overnight is always good, although last night I only had half an hour and the steaks still tasted great.
I served our steaks with a raw salad and nutritious, easy dressing, I’ll let you know all about it in another post soon.
