I’ve compiled a list of my favorite weight loss shake recipes as I lost the majority of my weight by using weight loss shakes. So, just for my readers (because you are all very special), Remember, a weight loss shake replaces a meal.
For the Protein used in the shakes, I recommend a protein powder that has natural ingredients, that’s high in nutrients and fiber and no sugar, flavors and colorings. If a protein powder is full of fiber it will keep you full!
Now that you have my recommendations for the main weight loss ingredients for the weight loss shake recipes, let’s get to them!
Strawberry Vanilla Weight Loss Shake 
8 oz Vanilla Almond Milk (I like Silk Almond Milk)
The recommended scoops of your chosen protein powder
8 strawberries, sliced
Ice
Blend all ingredients into a blender. Use as much ice for desired consistency.
Chocolate Banana Weight Loss Shake
8 oz Plain Hemp Milk
The recommended scoops of your chosen protein powder
1 banana, peeled and sliced
Ice
Blend all ingredients into blender. Again, use as much ice for desired consistency. I like this chocolate banana weight loss shake it tastes yummy, so much like a treat!
Peach Spinach Weight Loss Shake
8 oz Almond Milk
The recommended scoops of your chosen protein powder
2 peaches, peeled and sliced
Handful of spinach leaves
Ice
I know peach spinach weight loss shake sounds really gross but it’s not. It’s full of vitamins and nutrients and you can’t even taste the spinach. Put everything in the blender, enough ice for desired consistency, and blend. This is perfect for me.
Mocha Weight Loss Shake
8 oz Almond Milk
The recommended scoops of your chosen protein powder
1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp instant coffee
Pinch of cinnamon
Ice
The mocha weight loss shake recipe is one of my favorites and I use decaffeinated coffee (you can use your favorite). Blend all ingredients in a blender and add ice till you get the thickness you like. So delicious! You can even add in fruit for a different taste. Banana is good in this one as well.
