The Gunnar Challenge

I love a good workout routine.  I’m always looking for something to challenge my mind and body, to push myself to the limit.  The Gunnar Challenge is just that.  The Gunnar Challenge is an 8 week exercise and nutrition challenge designed by Gunnar Peterson.

Who is Gunnar?  Gunnar is one of America’s most sought-after personal trainers. With more than 25 years of unparalleled experience in the fitness game, professional athletes and celebrities alike turn to him when they can’t leave their performance to chance. Gunnar is also an accomplished author, speaker and fitness equipment developer.

There is a daily motivation video from Gunnar himself which keeps me going and wanting to do more and more.  I am currently doing the Strive at Home workout which is the challenging one.  I love a good challenge and Gunnar brings it every day.  My rest days are Monday which is great because I’m able to reevaluate myself for the week to come.

The meal plan gives me great ideas for my breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks.  There are tons of recipes and ideas for you to go by so you are never left feeling alone.  Especially with the forum!

This is my first 2 weeks on the Challenge and I’ve lost 4 pounds and 2.5 inches off my body!  I’ll update everyone at the end of the 8 week challenge.
