I pride myself on this peanut butter banana weight loss shake recipe. It is one of my favorites and it is so filling.

1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 banana (peeled of course)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein (I use Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate 2 lbs)
1 tablespoon unflavored fiber powder (I use Fiber35 Diet Sprinkle Fiber 150 g )

Mix all ingredients in a blender and add as much ice as you like for desired consistency. I like mine a little thick so I use about 1/2 cup of ice.

Basic nutrition facts: 400 calories, 33 g carbs, 10 g fiber, 46 g protein

I love this recipe! I actually made something very similar yesterday minus the protein, but I’m going to add whey next time! Great idea!
